Processing

• Put your desired new vehicle together using our configurator and you will receive a non-binding offer by email after you have given us your details.
• If you decide to buy the vehicle, you don't need to do anything more than sign the purchase contract enclosed with the offer and send us a legible copy of your identity card.
• After we have received your offer, we will forward it to our representatives abroad and you will receive the order confirmation by email in about 3-5 working days.
• The vehicle has already been ordered and you will be asked about 1-2 weeks before your new car is delivered whether you would like to pick it up from us in Wielenbach or have it delivered to your doorstep at cost price.
• If you pick up the vehicle from us in Wielenbach, you have the option of paying in cash or transferring the money in advance. A certified check is also accepted. If you have further questions, please refer to ourfrequently asked questions.
• If you are looking for an inexpensive overnight accomodation, we will be happy to help you!
• For delivery to your front door, we offer you our "0-risk delivery". This means that we unload the car you ordered at your place, you look at it and transfer the money subsequently. As soon as we have received the money in our account, we will send you the documents and you can register your vehicle. If you transfer the money in advance, the vehicle will of course arrive with documents.
